B-D ENTERPRISES moves to Green power
Green-e.orgB-D ENTERPRISES announced today that all server and web hosting functions have gone green by using 100% renewable and environmentally-friendly energy for power.

The amount of electricity used by our server and web hosting is offset through the purchase of "green energy tags" or certificates from a certified green energy supplier. This directly reduces the amount of carbon dioxide that would normally be produced by using energy from non-green sources.  Green Tags, also known as renewable energy certificates, are created when wind, solar or another renewable energy source is substituted for traditional carbon dioxide producing energy sources. The purchase of Green Tags helps support the production of renewable energy systems throughout Canada and the United States and they help build a market for renewable energy. Not to mention the environmental benefits such as reducing greenhouse gas emissions and improving regional air quality.
